About Me:
I will be graduating in May 2022 with a Master of Science in Historic Preservation from Clemson University. During my time in the Master's program, I have had the opportunity to explore many different aspects of preservation and work on several real-world projects. I have had the opportunity to intern with the National Council for Preservation Education at Gulf Islands National Seashore, working on masonry restoration, and with Bennett Preservation Engineering, where I have held many roles and have learned a lot about how preservation firms run.
I received my undergraduate degree in History from the University of Florida, during which I volunteered at several house museums, docenting and working on historic research. I also spent several years stage managing theatre and dance productions for the University of Florida.
I am originally from just outside Orlando, Florida, an area blessed with several nature trails where I could explore and grow to appreciate a good day's hike. I love dogs and currently volunteer with Hallie Hill Animal Sanctuary, as well as spoiling my own puppy.
